We will follow the Russian Fresh track and start your Russian experience in Ekaterinburg; the Eurasian fourth largest city in Russia and its Third Capital.
Together, we will join 20 or 40-hours crash courses of Russian language with professional, amicable, open and energetic teachers and managers, who will become your good companions and reliable assistants, and who will extending the classroom learning through lectures, programs, events, games and quests inside and outside Ural Federal University.
Participants will be split into several groups according to their proficiency level, and will be studying in small groups: 4 -12 students for 4 - 6 academic hours per day. Participants will focus on the practical aspects of Russian language presented in the proper pronunciation, use of tricky Russian grammar, idioms and words for everyday life.
You will have a diversity of games and quests while learning Russian language within special spaces and places that will allow you to consolidate and effectively work out the materials and information that you will receive. For instance, one of the games will be the “Author's Quest” game in which participants show their knowledge of the Russian language and culture. Such interactive tasks will strengthen the linguistic potentials of participants in terms of their knowledge in Russian vocabulary, grammar, speaking, as well as history and culture.
Upon completion the course you will get 4 ECTS!
It is perfect for everybody with any level of Russian language (A0-C2) and who are interested in Russian Language and Culture.

Fee: 35.000 rubles for 1 week; 65.000 rubles for 2 weeks

Excursions and activities: City-tour in Ekaterinburg, Square of 1905, Lenin’s monuments, The Church-on-Blood, Boris Yeltsin Centre, Museum of Fine Arts, Ural Opera Ballet Theatre, Soviet Lifestyle Museum, as the participants will be able to cross the borders between Europe and Asia and enjoy the view of Ural mountains, forests, real Russian thermal springs.
NOT included in the basic cost of the program: airplane tickets/train tickets to/from Russia; meals (lunches and dinners); visa costs; optional excursions; souvenirs.
